 I understand your request. Cint has been improving over time and so does
 the optimization condition.   I need to review the bytecode compiler to
 provide you an up-to-date information.  But please understand that the
 condition will likely be improved. Another option is to provide a report
 capability for which line is causing optimization to stop.
