Just play a bit with your mouse! :-)

(click the right button of mouse on canvas near the
Y-axis title and you will see something like
TAxis::yaxis menu - choose SetTitleOffset and change
value from 1 to i.e. 1.2   - to see effect go to Options/Refresh)
