First of all you should read the comment for TPad class
(see: http://root.cern.ch/root/html/TPad.html)
Roughly say you should derive you own class from TObject and supply
your own ExecuteEvent Method. When mouse will cross your object on
the screen the ExecuteEvent() of your class will be called, Then it
is up to you to supply the proper action (for exampl e you may create
a new TCanvas or change the parameters of the selcted TPad object
etc)
