TGX11::WriteGIF()

My impression is that if you print multiple canvases as GIF files you get a 
problem if the sizes of the canvases differ. 

I printed first a portrait style canvas and after that a landscape formed 
one. In the second GIF-file right of the width of the first canvas 
the left side of the canvas is repeated.

I suppose this happens because of the static variable "first" in 
TGX11::WriteGIF() which cannot be reset.
