We are pleased to announce a new public release of Root. This new version is stamped 2.21/08. Source files and binaries are available on the WEB. Information about the release at the usual place: http://root.cern.ch/root/Version221.html The files under AFS will be introduced shortly. As soon as we are back from the ROOT workshop at FNAL next week, we will start a new development cycle with 2.22.
