Hi Muhammad,

it would help to know what your "./configure <arch>" exactly looks like. I
suppose it's "./configure win32". In that case there should be no problem
with the cern libs - can you provide some more info what the configure
script says (e.g., does it fail while looking for the cern lib)?

./configure win32 and win32gdk are designed for cygwin and Visual C++ 6 or
.NET (look at $ROOTSYS/config/ARCHS). If you want to use cygwin + gcc
you'll have to use the current cvs version, where configure has an
additional target win32gcc (tested with gcc3.2).
