Hello Airat.
This issue had been discussed on roottalk several times.
I do not think one can say something new at the moment.
Would you mind to try

Anyway the main difference is clear (or course there are
many "pro" and "cons" to last this discussion forever):

  - ROOT / CINT technique doesn't require a separate 
    language (IDL) to describe an interface.

  - ROOT/CINT dictionary is to provide "command line"
    interface first of all. Can you image someone
    typing "CORBA" commands to plot histograms.
