TGeoSphere Class Reference

TGeoSphere are not just balls having internal and external radii, but sectors of a sphere having defined theta and phi ranges.

The TGeoSphere class has the following constructor.

Double_t theta2,Double_t phi1, Double_t phi2);
TGeoSphere()
Default constructor.
  • rmin: internal radius of the spherical sector
  • rmax: external radius
  • theta1: starting theta value [0, 180) in degrees
  • theta2: ending theta value (0, 180] in degrees (theta1<theta2)
